The accessibility includes a wide and complex set of design techniques, aimed at making the website accessible to anyone and from any computer. Semana S.r.l. website has been realised considering the personal difficulties one can encounter, visual, motor and perceptive difficulties or objective difficulties such as not uploaded and outdated computers. Code conformed toW3C standards.

The making of Semana S.r.l. website has been made in compliance with the international standards published by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). According to these standards, the realisation has been made using XHTML 1.0 code, separating the contents from their visualization through style sheets (CSS 2.1, Cascading Style Sheets). XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1 codes of Semana S.r.l. website has been validated by the W3C association.

The design of the website

The design of Semana S.r.l. website enables the users to visualize the contents in 4 different ways thanks to the indications of W3C about style sheets. So it has been possible to meet users' needs. In the same way, the accurate design allows the visualisation through the most common browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox/Mozzilla/Netscape, Opera, Safari. The design has respected all guidelines of priority 1,2 and 3 indicated in the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) of W3C.
